Government restrictions for the air transport of goods considered as dangerous (perfumes, nail polish, sprays or aerosols) resulted in the creation of the Transport of Dangerous Goods Law, which contemplates the payment of a tariff for this concept. 

Now you can import cosmetics and fragrances with Aeropaq.  The chart below outlines how much you will pay in tariffs for the import of these items:

• 1 to 2 cosmetic items will incur an additional charge of US$ 5.00.
• 3 a 5 cosmetic items will incur an additional charge of U$ 10.00.
• 6 cosmetic items and over will incur an additional charge of U$ 15.00.

Important Notice: The air transportation of more than 5 cosmetic items may be considered by the DGA as a wholesale import, for which a Public Health permit is required.
Also, bear in mind that the shipment of this type of merchandise is carried out every Friday, along any other items to have arrived at our Miami office prior to 2:00 P.M. We ask that you always estimate the time of arrival, especially when making a gift on a specific date.
